With a special knack for celebrating natural beauty, Helena Livshiz is a pro at creating stunning “bare-faced” looks. Motivated by her passion for making women feel beautiful both inside and out, Helena’s expertise is a comforting and indulgent treat for brides, models and TV personalities alike. As she treats every person as an individual face, Helena does not only beautify her clients, but also allows their unique inner aura to glow. And with a growing number of Instagram followers and thrilled clients, we can see why Helena has become such an admired up-and-coming makeup artist.

Helena developed her interest in makeup during her pursuit of modelling in her late teens to early twenties. This endeavour allowed her to appreciate the creativity that goes on behind the scenes, inspiring her to begin working as a freelance makeup artist.  Yet, as this role quickly turned into a passion, she decided to turn her talent into a career. She attended the Cosmetic Management Program at Humber College in Toronto to improve her knowledge of the craft. Moreover, Helena was trained by Daniel Thompson Beauty and Aniya Nandy of The Plutino Group. Helena now owns a successful business by leading a team of accomplished beauticians, providing professional makeup and hair services.

Helena offers her clients a comforting environment, while educating them on her application process.  By discussing her methods with clients, Helena ensures that they feel relaxed and aware. She recommends skin care routines, make-up techniques and color combinations, allowing her clients to incorporate these  enhanced methods everyday from their home.

With a firm belief in the power of simplicity, Helena is an expert at enhancing the natural features of the face. Her style can be recognised by soft bright skin with subtly blushed cheeks and a well-defined, yet natural-looking brow. She tends to leave the eyes as the strongest focal point of the face, allowing them to stand out as the most expressive feature. The softness and integrity of her work makes for enchanting bridal looks. Over the years, Helena’s work in the bridal industry has been featured in publications such as “Dark Beauty Magazine”, “The Wedding Planner Magazine” and “Veux Magazine”.
